Clubs First:
What will Club First do for FOHC? As well as getting the structure of the Club right and putting a player progression and team improvement strategy in place, attainment of Club First will open up avenues for funding for major improvements to Club Facilities. Consequently we need everyone at FOHC to be involved whether it be fund raising, strategy development, coaching, umpiring etc. The attainment of Clubs First is essential if any of the newly revealed development is to happen.
Currently we are at the stage of completing the documentation folder which will be available in part through this website. It is important that we accept and follow the procedures within our Clubs First folder as we will be assessed on it. The assessment will happen during August which will mean the club will be suitably set for the coming season and will be able to seek suitable funding for the proposed development.
